EQ Priority in XP

Alrighty, I used to 2 box on the same system (AthlonXP 2100+, 1gb of ram, geforce 4 Ti 4400)... Anyway, the reason it was possible was EQw and the ability to change the priority of EQ under windows. Set it to below normal priority and viola the window that is on top runs full speed and lag free.

Anyway, in one of the recent patchs the ability to change the priority on eqgame.exe was changed, what results is skips and the main window will tend to lock up with the window that is hiddin catchs up (both windows running at 1280x1024). Anyone have any insight as to how to fix another VI cockblock, any info would be appreciated.
