I wouldn't say no to a colonial game.
I'd love to do a colonial game... except from what I can tell, the judge doesn't support it. Is it just not documented well?
Yeah, it's not fully implemented (yet). Alas.
So, hoss10 is going to be of the Crowded variant. It is played on the standard map, but there are no neutral centers. Each cluster of neutrals has been assigned to a new power, making 11 total.

So, since we need 11 people, everyone should sign up! Don't make me come banging down your door.
This is also a good chance for new players to learn the ropes.

Actually, I think England is one of the better countries in crowded. Mucho buffers, whereas almost everyone else has adjacent home centers.

How to join was detailed already, a link to the game type as well. In this forum there is a sticky with all the info you need and more. Since I am sure you have already read all of that, why don't you define in a little more detail what you missed or could not find in the material provided. That way we might actually be able to help.
Once you think you have a firm grasp on the rules lola has a short test you can take to let you know where you stand. Don't worry about missing most the questions. They are difficult and many have scenarios that seem pointless but are simply there to demonstrate a particular rule reguardless of likelyhood or anticipation. If you always went for the sure thing you would be handicapped indeed.
