X's Account Stolen AGAIN!

Ok, so Xplicit's account was stolen yet again... sigh. Any advice? He just got it back yesterday. This is ridiculous. They some how changed his password again. And he's on a different computer than he usually is. I have no idea how this is happening...

Wipe the email address.

Change the email addresses' password multiple times in a row. Make sure you virus scan both hard drives, etc etc.

I believe you can ask Blizzard to not allow passwords from being changed temporarily as well.

theres a CODE you can purchase it comes in a form of a key that you put in the key ring on your main toon. That key ring has your password in stalled and then once the password is installed blizzard then activates a 4 digit encrypitc code, the only way hackable is if, someone physicaly breaks in your home and steals your entire computer. www.blizzard.com has a store on the site in that store i believe is the key you can purchase for X ammount of dollars.

Yeah that's like the 5th time I've been told about them. Called Blizz and they said they will be back in stock in 3 weeks.... sigh. I'm tempted to get one from Ebay for 15 er 20 bucks. But they are only $6.50 from the Blizzard store. Ugh what to do.
