Starting to believe that picking a RP server was not in our best interests. Probably should have been something like half way down plus 5 or something odd like that that no one would think to get in.

It's not that we picked an RP server, it's that we picked a specific RP server that was targeted by a lot of folks from older games.

There are 3 servers with LARGER queue's than Faeblight; and none of them are RP servers (two are PVP, one is PVE); there are about 8 other servers with queue's in the same ballpark as us or a bit less; when you consider there were originally 14 servers posted for US release - and there are about 14 servers with queueing issues - you can put 2 and 2 together and realize that groups of people made plans for various servers and are attempting to hold firm to their plans.

I can imagine how the pre-launch meetings went, with pretty much everyone agreeing that, "not having enough realms online and having major queue's to play is a problem we want to have".

There was a head start server list on the official rift forums, Allara even linked to it in another post.

And we went by that list. But there were more than that list as I've been told that was not listed and therefore every guild had only the ones they had to pick from which made the queues so long.

I'm over it so drop it. 5 hours in a queue had me quite pissed last night.

Wresh is a weaponsmith BTW..I can make daggers, 1 handed weapons, 2 handed weapons and bows/guns (even make stones to add damage to your 1 handers). I am at the end of copper and almost into Iron now, so if you need anything made I will link it to ya.

It seems for the most part that crafted weapons are pretty much on par (or better depending on enhancements on the recipe) with quest rewards, so let me know if I can make you a tanking weapon with extra endurance on it or weapons with extra strength/dex/wisdom/intellect on them....
