    For bands, I'd have to say:

    1) Beatles
    2) Led Zepplin
    3) Rolling Stones
    4) Pink Floyd

    I know, I know...so I picked 4, sue me! I'm not like stuck in the 60's and 70's, (truth be told, I'm stuck in the 80's) I love pretty much all music except for country and classical. But those 4 bands are pretty much the ones that no one will ever top.

    And, someone mentioned most legendary guitarists and no one mentioned JIMMY PAGE yet? OMG!
