Robert Rodriguez's Once Upon a Timein Mexico. Good but definitely not his best.

    How about this one:

A: "Sounds as though there was a bit of a squabble."
    B: "Squabble? They're all dead!"
A: "Must have been more of a tiff then."

    Eric Idle :"What happened here?"
    Madeline Kahn :"Plague!"
    Eric Idle :"Puh-Lague?!!"
Madeline Kahn :"All sudden like! Lucky I was out!"
Eric Idle :"That man has a sword thorugh him"
Madeline Kahn : "He fell on it! Ohhh! and my son! My son Dan!!!"

mm hmmm! But you're supposed to write the name of the movie and write a new quote in, now that you (obviously) know the answer!!

    So, Lons.... new quote?

    :P

Father: "Where do you learn this stuff?"
    Kid: "School."

In 1930, the Republican-controlled House of Representatives, in an effort to alleviate the effects of the... Anyone? Anyone?... the Great Depression, passed the... Anyone? Anyone? The tariff bill? The Hawley-Smoot Tariff Act? Which, anyone? Raised or lowered?... raised tariffs, in an effort to collect more revenue for the federal government. Did it work? Anyone? Anyone know the effects? It did not work, and the United States sank deeper into the Great Depression. Today we have a similar debate over this. Anyone know what this is? Class? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone seen this before? The Laffer Curve. Anyone know what this says? It says that at this point on the revenue curve, you will get exactly the same amount of revenue as at this point. This is very controversial. Does anyone know what Vice President Bush called this in 1980? Anyone? Something-d-o-o economics. "Voodoo" economics.

Michael Douglas said it, though I can't remember the movie....

I refuse to look it up.

I can hear it, in my head, plain as day!

    Argh!

    Romancing the Stone

    in the rogue theme:

Actor1 "The pastries are light as air."
Actor2 "Germaine has very sensitive hands and an exceedingly light touch. She strangled a German general - without a sound."

maybe harder for the younguns but this is a classic

I'm pretty sure I saw this one in the Hitchcock section of a film class back in the day, but I can't think of the title. The only Hitchcock stuff I'd claim to "know" is The Birds and Psycho and it's definitely neither of those. 90% (+/- 5%) sure it's Hitchcock though.
