This is an upcoming PS3 game that any and every PS3 owner should go out and buy on launch day.
Note: Its already out in Japan. The game came with a full english translation w/voice actors. You can technically import it now instead of waiting, too, since PS3 games are region free.

I imported the Chinese Version (fully localized). I must say, this game is amazing.
However, it is BRUTALLY difficult... something I've come to really appreciate as of late. :-) If you own a PS3, you simply must get this game. Period.
Demon Souls looks like God of War in a suit of armor. Meh.
Modern Warfare 2 looks like straight up sex. I'm going to play that one many long nights with my brother-in-law and his crazy ass friends who are way better than I am.
Fat Princess looks cool too, basically modern PVP from other class-based games distilled down to it's most basic elements with some neat twists.
God of War was so much more about visceral emotions and just raw violence.
Demon's Souls is so much more about patience, strategy, preparation, and trial and error. The atmosphere the game creates is just stupendous; it does a great job of balancing risk//reward and allows for a great scaling of power without ever feeling like you can just breeze through the areas. The threat of death is very real.

The title of that game just irks me. I mean, either it's Demon's Soul, as in one demon's soul - or it's Demon Souls, as in the souls of demons. But instead they go with Demon's Souls. As if a single demon is carrying multiple souls, or something.
Maybe it makes sense in the game but it irks me nonetheless.

The english version comes out Oct. 6th. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
